If you want to use a different service, like DHL, FedEx, please let us know, however, we wont be able to provide free shipping  All items will be shipped from Croatia within 2-15 business days after receiving payment except. Every piece of jewelry is nicely packed in a gift envelope with protective layers which guarantee that your item won’t be damaged in transport. We included the additional means like delivery confirmation and return policy for the same shipping price.
Delivery time depends on the service you choose. Shipping time by Croatian local post office is 7-15 days for Europe and approximately 3 weeks for U.S. and other overseas countries. Certain countries can take longer, depending on the Customs and Post offices in the destination country.
